Shipping Policy

Orders Processing

We dispatch within 24-72 working hours (pre-sale items excluded) unless in the case of a force majeure. Normally, the item will ship from a warehouse (US/CA/AU/EU/UK/HK) near to your location, but it will ship from another warehouse to avoid delays in the case of out-of-stock conditions.

Shipping time varies according to different countries and regions.

Generally speaking, it would take 6 - 10 days.

Shipping Fee

Standard shipping fee: $5.99 USD. Free Shipping on Orders Over $100.00 USD.

Delays

SOYUI is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by extraneous factors (such as weather, inspections, and incorrect addresses). For any other questions or inquiries, please contact us.

Lost Package

SOYUI will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.

Gift Cards

There are no shipping fees for our digital gift cards. At this time we do not offer physical gift cards. All gift cards are final sale. No returns or refunds will be permitted.

Cancelling Your Order

We ship orders quickly. Cancellation of orders must be made before your order has shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us by email: support@soyui.us

Note: If your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Wrong Shipping Address

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. Please check your address information carefully. We don't refund if the package is sent to the wrong place by the information you provide.

Duties & Taxes

There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that SOYUI does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not responsible for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Multiple Address

Please place a separate order for each shipping address you wish to use if you would like items to ship to different destinations.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of any order placed on soyui.us the package will be returned to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the item in original condition/original packaging, you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.

Note

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery dates; any delivery delay or issue is solely the responsibility of the shipping company but will be investigated by us.

If your order shows as delivered but is nowhere to be found, please email support@soyui.us within 7 working days of the delivery date. Any items reported as lost past this period will be denied for replacement or refund.
